Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our trees we do not except returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled. 

To cancel or make changes to your order, you can always contact us with any questions at Sales@moonshadowornamentals.com.

Arrive Alive Guarantee 
We guarantee that your order will arrive alive. If your order appears dead on arrival please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with pictures showing the condition of the box when received as well as pictures of the trees in question. If it is determined that your trees did not survive shipping a replacement, refund, or store credit will be provided at our discretion. Replacements are subject to availability  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a concern, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In the event that a refund occurs, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve submitted a refund, please contact us at Sales@moonshadowornamentals.com.
