 Our Store Terms

At Moon Shadow Ornamentals, we strive to provide high-quality plants at fair prices. We guarantee that all our trees were healthy and in good condition at the time of shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your tree arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Pictures must be provided showing the box and tree/trees that were received damaged. A replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion. 

Please be mindful that trees are living things. Care should be taken to ensure that someone is available to receive your order on delivery day. Be mindful of the time of year that you order your tree and the effect it can have on them. If your area is experiencing extreme hot or cold weather, please be aware that this can negatively impact their health. If you would like us to hold your order for more favorable weather, please let us know at the time of placing your order. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please avoid leaving your unopened box in the sunlight. Once the trees are in your possession, it is your responsibility to care for them. When receiving your trees, please unbox them at your earliest convenience. Once removed from the box/packaging, water thoroughly and place in the shade, allowing time for them to adjust to direct sunlight. 

Please note that deciduous trees shipped during the winter/dormant season will not have leaves. It is also common to have some blemishes/browning on trees shipped during the summer months. If kept properly hydrated, new leaves will grow the following spring. 

Our trees are not houseplants and must be kept outdoors year-round.
